Find help by topic
- A post won’t schedule: the composer lists every rule the post breaks. The platform specs show each network’s file types, sizes, video lengths, and caption limits.
- How scheduling works on a network: the scheduler guides cover account requirements, post types, and common failures.
- AI assistants: set up Claude or ChatGPT, or read the MCP overview.
- REST API: endpoints, authentication, and examples are in the API reference.
- Plans and the trial: the trial lasts seven days and needs no card. Compare plans in the pricing section.
Connecting social accounts
- Facebook: connect a Facebook Page. Personal profiles and Groups are not supported.
- Instagram: use an Instagram Business or Creator account. To add a second account, switch accounts on instagram.com first, then connect again.
- Threads: you need an Instagram account; your Threads profile is linked to it.
- LinkedIn: sign in to the LinkedIn profile you want to connect. Company Pages you administer connect as separate accounts.
- TikTok and others: sign in to the account you want to link before you start, then grant PostQuest access when the network asks.
Connecting from Claude
- In Claude, open Customize → Connectors, add a custom connector, and paste the PostQuest MCP URL.
- Complete sign-in in your browser and choose the workspace Claude may use.
- Turn on PostQuest for a conversation from the + menu under Connectors.
Connecting from ChatGPT
- Use your own supported ChatGPT account.
- Connect the production MCP URL and sign in to your own PostQuest account when redirected.
- Select only the PostQuest workspace you want the client to access and review the requested permissions.
- Ask the client to list accounts before creating a draft, and approve scheduling, publishing, or deletion only after reviewing the final action.
Connection troubleshooting
- Reconnect if PostQuest reports an expired or revoked authorization.
- Confirm onboarding and billing access are active for the selected workspace.
- For media URLs, use public HTTPS files without redirects, embedded credentials, or private-network addresses.
- If a publish response is uncertain, inspect the post and connected social account before retrying.
