“Review my connected accounts and content pillars, then propose five posts for next week. Save them as drafts.”
Claude checks the available accounts, develops a channel-aware plan, and creates drafts without scheduling them.
Connect Claude to PostQuest and use thoughtful, multi-step conversations to plan content, tailor drafts, and schedule approved posts.

Claude remote custom connectors are supported on Free, Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans. Free accounts are limited to one custom connector, and Team and Enterprise owners add connectors in Organization settings before members connect.

You will authorize access with OAuth and select a workspace. There is no PostQuest API key to paste into your conversation.
In Claude or Claude Desktop, open Customize → Connectors. On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds the connector in Organization settings first.
Choose + Add, then Add custom connector, enter PostQuest as the name, and paste the MCP endpoint.
Choose Connect, complete OAuth in your browser, and select the PostQuest workspace Claude may access.
In a conversation, open the + menu, choose Connectors, and turn on PostQuest for that chat.

Try these prompts
These are illustrative conversations. Your assistant will show the actual tool calls and request approval when an action needs it.
“Review my connected accounts and content pillars, then propose five posts for next week. Save them as drafts.”
Claude checks the available accounts, develops a channel-aware plan, and creates drafts without scheduling them.
“Adapt this product announcement for LinkedIn, Threads, and Bluesky without changing the main claim.”
Claude keeps the source claim intact while writing a tailored caption for each selected platform.
“Show me what is scheduled for Thursday, validate each post, and ask before changing anything.”
Claude reviews the schedule and validation results first, then waits for approval before making edits.
19 MCP tools
The list below comes directly from the registered MCP server metadata, so names and behavior descriptions stay aligned with the live integration.
list_social_accountsReturns connected account IDs, workspace timezone, publishing opt-in and content pillars. Provider credentials are not included.
get_platform_requirementsReturns caption, media and account requirements for each platform. With an account ID, returns the live limits for that account.
create_postCreates a post, saved as a draft by default. Setting scheduled_at schedules public publication; publish_now publishes to the connected networks immediately. Timestamps require an ISO-8601 offset. Not idempotent: each call creates a new post.
update_postUpdates an existing unpublished post; omitted fields are preserved. Changing scheduled_at changes when it publishes publicly; publish_now publishes it immediately. Not idempotent when publish_now is set.
set_platform_captionsTailor captions per selected platform or account. Keys are platform names or platform:account_id. Other post fields are preserved.
validate_postRead-only dry run of publish-time validation. Leaves nothing behind: no saved post, reserved quota, upload, schedule or publication. Runs the real validation path inside a rolled-back transaction and returns structured platform, field, code, message and blocking issues. Takes existing media IDs.
schedule_postSchedules a post for future public publication. The timestamp must contain Z or an explicit timezone offset. Validates content, media and quota before scheduling. Idempotent for the same post and timestamp.
publish_postImmediately publishes an existing post to its connected networks. Requires the workspace agent publishing opt-in; API keys also need the publish:now ability.
list_postsList posts in the authorized workspace with bounded pagination. Returns UTC timestamps and workspace timezone.
get_postRead one post and its account-specific captions, publication state and validation warnings.
delete_postPermanently deletes a draft or scheduled post. Published posts, partially published posts and posts currently publishing cannot be deleted.
upload_mediaImports media into the media library from a public HTTPS URL, or from base64 data up to 3 MiB decoded. Returns a media ID for use in posts. Media counts toward the storage quota until deleted. Redirects and private-network URLs are rejected.
upload_media_fileImports an image or video attached to or generated in a ChatGPT conversation into the media library, using the file reference ChatGPT supplies. Returns a media ID for use in posts.
open_media_uploaderShows an upload widget where the user picks images or videos from their device into the media library, for files without a public URL. The widget reports the new media IDs in the conversation. The result also includes an upload_url that opens the same uploader in a browser, for clients that cannot display widgets.
list_mediaLists workspace media IDs with temporary signed preview URLs that expire after five minutes.
get_analytics_summarySummarize post performance for a date range: totals compared with the previous period, daily changes, results by content format and the top posts. Numbers appear about 24 hours after a post goes live and refresh daily. Some platforms report only some metrics, so a zero can mean not reported.
list_post_analyticsLists lifetime metrics per published post on connected accounts, including posts made outside PostQuest. Limited to the plan history. Sortable by metric.
get_post_analyticsRead one post's lifetime metrics and its day-by-day history: the cumulative totals on each day and how much each grew since the day before.
sync_analyticsQueues a refresh of post metrics from the connected platforms. Analytics also sync automatically every 24 hours. Limited to once every 15 minutes per workspace; results arrive within a few minutes.
Claude questions
Remote custom connectors are available on Claude Free, Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise. Free accounts can add one custom connector, and organization controls apply on Team and Enterprise.
Claude can list your connected accounts and their posting rules, create and update drafts with a caption for each network, upload media, validate posts, list scheduled posts, and read post analytics. Scheduling, publishing, and deleting need your explicit approval in the conversation.
Each OAuth authorization grants access to the workspace you select. Connect or reauthorize the connector when you need to work in a different workspace.
Remove PostQuest under Customize → Connectors in Claude, or revoke the authorization from your PostQuest account.
